I Built my Wood Fired Oven in 2010 I wanted and Oven that was capable of cooking anything, I wanted. I purchased the plans online. I build it right outside my Brewery. The materials were costly the oven was built to hold heat and time consuming project. I learned how to do masonry work from my farther.
